​

Designed, planned and management events including receptions, press events and dedications.  Coordinated teams of volunteers on an event-by-event basis and worked closely with Board of Directors and management teams for implementation.  Work closely with leadership and staff to oversee and facilitate event registration processes.

Managed and coordinated entire planning process for various events and meetings for customers, including but not limited to travel, catering and decorating responsibilities.  Negotiate agreements with clients and subcontractors to ensure the most cost effective way to enhance the highest quality of service.

Produced email marketing campaigns.  Created printed materials such as flyers, invitations, postcards, cards and posters.  Created event material such as presentations, press releases, certificates, gobos, awards and tickets.
