Working with Sharica is an experience not easily forgotten. As a team member she brings not only the passion, energy, and spirit, she also maintains a high standard of professionalism, integrity and a work ethic that makes sure the job gets done. She is highly motivated and organized and both encourages and demands it of those she works with. It has been my privilege to work with Sharica on various projects. Each time she has worked with an attitude of excellence in all that she has been responsible for. An impressive young lady that anyone would be lucky to have on their team.

Sharica,WOW!  Job Well Done! Once again, from my perspective, you excelled in the manner in which you pulled all the volunteers together to take care of our clients during Angel Tree distribution. It went even smoother this year than last! Every time I had a concern, you were right on it, with outstanding results. Your enthusiasm and energy helped carry us through two very long days of distribution. You were obviously organized, took control when you needed to and allowed others to take the lead when they were able.  Job Well Done!

Sharica is a team player and motivational to any group she works with.  I am amazed at how quickly Sharica can gain control of a room full of excited girls.  I've used her techniques several times and I'm not as successful as Sharica.  Sharica brings to the table high energy, positive attitude and intelligence--get her on your team!
